Prestige Auto Detailing is the customer-facing brand under which Leadscape LLC provides mobile auto detailing services. By accessing our website at prestigeautodetailing.pro or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Description of Services

Prestige Auto Detailing provides 100% mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, engine bay detailing, and related automotive detailing services. We bring our own pure water supply and power generator to your home or office location throughout Antioch and Contra Costa County, California.

3. Estimates and Appointments

All prices displayed on our website or booking page are estimates and starting prices. Final pricing depends on your vehicle’s size, condition, and the specific services selected. We confirm the final price on-site before any work begins. Appointments are scheduled based on real calendar availability through our online booking system.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions, as mobile detailing is performed outdoors. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

5. Payment and Refund Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service after you inspect and approve our work. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns. Any deposits or prepayments, when applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, please provide accurate vehicle information and a safe, accessible location with enough space for our mobile unit. Remove personal belongings from areas being detailed where possible. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

7. Website Usage

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation. Content and pricing are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadscape LLC and Prestige Auto Detailing are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.
